Account Registration and Security

Any suspected error must be reported without delay. Knowingly retaining or wagering funds credited by mistake does not create an entitlement to those funds. fun666 may correct account balances and void affected transactions after a reasonable investigation.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

Maintenance, telecommunications failures, device problems, payment-provider outages, cyber incidents, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may interrupt services. Players should maintain a secure device and reliable connection.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, fun666 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from service interruption, user error, unauthorised credential sharing, unsuccessful wagering, third-party provider delay, or decisions made using displayed sporting information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
